Our Returns Policy:

Within the right of withdrawal, you have the option to cancel your purchase without giving a reason within 14 days after receipt of your purchase. which means that you can cancel your purchase within 14 days of receiving it without giving any reason. You can return the product and receive a full refund, including standard shipping costs. We will refund the money within 14 days of receiving the return shipment.

Our returns policy is simple: if you are not satisfied with your product within 14 days of purchase, you can return the product for a full refund.

To take advantage of our returns policy, you must do the following:

1. Please contact us within 14 days of purchase at info@carctrl.nl.
2. Please include your order number and the reason for return in the email or message.
3. We will then send you a returns form and a returns label.
4. Pack the product carefully and stick the return label on the packaging.
5. Return the product within 14 days of receiving the return label.

Please note: -Products must be unopened, undamaged and in the original packaging to qualify for a refund. -Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer.

We will process your refund within 14 days of receiving the product.
